Life Coaching will be offered to eligible employees and their family members who contact the EAP.  Conveniently delivered by a trained Life Coach by both the telephone and the web, the option to receive Life Coaching is provided as a service enhancement at no additional cost to your company or its employees.    
 
Life Coaching is an effective and efficient resource for those seeking to make forward-looking changes in a multitude of life areas including, but not limited to: financial issues; work/life balance; time management; health and wellness; smoking cessation; stress management; personal growth: and relationship issues. A trained EAP Life Coach will assist individuals in creating positive changes in these and other areas of their life.

 Life Coaching features includes:

• A specified number of weeks for telephone and web-based assistance
• The assignment of a Life Coach and a personal, secure website
• Scheduled telephone sessions with the Life Coach
• Non-synchronized 24 hour access to the Life Coach on their personal website
• Articles posted on the personal website by the Life Coach
• Personal website journal for private use or to share with the Life Coach
