As one of Canada's oldest and respected EFAP providers, our continued growth means that we need counsellors across Canada to join our Professional Associates team. You will receive referrals in your area of expertise. You will help minimize disruptions in employees’ lives, and use short-term support to help return employees to complete functional capability, both at work and at home.

Our Professional Associates have considerable training and skills that allow them to identify the real sources of stress, to explore behavioural change and to give support that enables the employee and or family members to effectively and efficiently solve personal problems.

A HumanaCare Professional Associate must have a 5-year minimum post-graduate experience with a MSW, RSW, or a Chartered Psychologist designation. Critical Incident training is prerequisite.
